CAMBRIA — November 4, 2026. Debra Scott and Keith Hinrichsen hold the top two positions in Cambria Community Services District’s director election, according to regional radio coverage of the November 4 results.
What the early count shows
KPRL identified Scott and Hinrichsen as the two leading candidates. A separate results compilation, The Ballot Book, updated at 1:55 a.m. November 4, lists Debra Scott 1,178 (37.6%), Keith Hinrichsen 935 (29.9%), Dennis Dudzik 527 (16.8%), and Michael Wolfe 491 (15.7%) candidate selections. Hinrichsen’s reported advantage over the third-place candidate is 408 selections. These figures are dated and unofficial.
How to interpret the vote
Cambria is an unincorporated coastal community, and the elected community services district is a local public agency rather than a city council. Two positions are available. Because the count is preliminary, the order could change once the county counts the remaining eligible ballots.

Next official result
This article refers to the county’s fourth unofficial election-night update, approximately 1:47 a.m. November 4. More eligible ballots remained to be counted. All outcomes and quoted totals are preliminary until the San Luis Obispo County Clerk-Recorder completes the canvass and certifies the vote. Refer to the county’s official election results page for any later figures.
